No, I didn't either. But, it could be just what the doctor ordered -- take this time to develop a little chemistry with Hillis and Harrison. If Hardesty is the future at running back, this minor setback will only make it sweeter when we experience it.

But the man can run and hit a hole hard. I'd rather have the extra 2-4 weeks of getting used to blocking schemes, learning where he needs to make his blitz hot reads with a variety of offensive line blocking schemes, etc... so that Delhomme doesn't get pasted to the turf come regular season.

Then again, this IS Daboll. more likely, he'll need to protect Seneca Wallace on a sextuple option reverse from the wildcat.
